Steering Box surprise! – 1956 Chevy 210
The steering box I got with 1956 Chevy had been cut off a few inches out of the box and a tilt steering column was in the car. Not wanting to use a tilt column I found a replacement box and column out of a 1957 Chevy and cleaned it up. I was cruising Craigslist searching for a Tri-Five Chevy station wagon when this little car popped up. I fired him off an email seeing if he’d be interested in a trade for the 1956 Ford f-100 I scored for free a few months back. After checking each others cars out a deal was struck. I’m pretty stoked! Plans for now are just to make it a beater driver and start driving ASAP....
